New Year’s resolutions are universally difficult to keep. Maybe that’s because plans to lose weight, to finally take that trip around the world or to stop spending so much money on shoes end up being a little ambitious at the end of the day.

In the latest episode of Truth Bomb Mom, Kristina Kuzmic has narrowed in on the one New Year’s resolution we are all capable of making, and more importantly keeping.

Kristina says, “Full disclosure: I am terrible at New Year’s resolutions. January 1st, it’s going great. Everything’s great. By January 2nd, it’s all falling apart, completely.”

This realization led Kristina to make one pretty unique New Year’s resolution a few years back. “Four years ago right before New Year’s I decided that for the following year, every single night before I fell asleep I was going to take my phone, go to the notes section, and I was going to write down something good that happened that day,” she says.
